NVAA Basketball

NVAA offers recreational basketball for grades 3 through 6. Our emphasis is on fostering a love of the game through an understanding of the fundamentals and positive participation opportunities.

The number of teams that participate in our league allows us to have a North and South division. Teams will play games at home and neighboring towns throughout the season.

The season typically runs from mid November through the first weekend in February (with a break for Christmas). All leagues play for eight weeks, the 5th and 6th grade leagues play a single elimination tournament as their eighth week while the 3rd and 4th grade leagues just play a regular eight week season. This tournament (if number of teams warrant), has an "A" & "B" division that combines the North & South together.
